【直播简介】
为庆祝J粒子发现50周年，纪念粒子物理学领域的这一革命性成就，高能所将于10月20日召开J粒子发现五十周年研讨会。研讨会共有12个主旨演讲和特邀报告。
研讨会上，三位诺贝尔物理学奖获得者丁肇中教授、谢尔顿·格拉肖（Sheldon Glashow）教授和戴维·格罗斯(David Gross)将分别作主旨演讲，回顾J粒子发现历史及其发现对粒子物理标准模型建立的巨大推动作用；特邀欧洲核子研究中心（CERN）前所长Luciano Maiani教授、英国皇家学会会员John Ellis教授、美国Stephen Olsen教授等世界著名物理学家发表演讲，探讨J粒子及北京正负电子对撞机发现的新强子的意义，及其对粒子物理学理论和实验的持久影响，并展望粒子物理未来的研究方向。
